GAPSN Membership Application

To sign up for Membership, please fill out the attached GAPSN membership form and email it back to us at info@gapsn.org.

Even if you believe we have all your current information, you MUST fill out the current membership application to qualify.

GAPSN reserves the right to approve all membership applications and a confirmation email will be sent to you to confirm that your application has been approved.

STAR membership is $50. General membership is $25 for Asian Pacific Islanders (API) and $15 for API students. Students may inquire about student discounts by contacting info@gapsn.org. All general members must be over the age of 18.

Supporter membership is $25 and does not fit the category above. All support members must be over the age of 18.

We appreciate your membership. Your membership will support GAPSN to provide services to the Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, and questioning API's.
